It was B &Q for many years, I've known it as Poundstretchers for the past couple of years, and from this autum 2021 we can expect it to be an Aldi. It's close to Layton Station, the first station out from Blackpool North railway station, next to Pets At Home, and on a main road between Blackpool and Thornton Cleveleys so should do rather well. At the moment, from our home, Aldi have stores about 3 miles from us at Cleveleys, Poulton, and on South Shore next to Seaside Way.
From the video below filmed on Monday 15 March 2021, Jane at Visit Fylde Coast tells us it was once so important a site for Crossleys that a former business there had its own railway sidings.
They're completely stripping it out as can be seen from all the rubble from the pictures I took today, 3 April 2021:
