Partial demolition of the rear of the Hop pub is required however the main front facade and 3 storey element is retained which will help anchor the public realm space between the Hop and new office building.





The Design and Access Statement tells you most of what you need to know. The application was approved by Blackpool Council on 16 March 2021.
