I made this using Windows Movie Maker free 2012 version in 2019.
The background image was a jpg. Something like this:
I then used Irfanview to save this image as a transparent png and selected the central colour (green) to be the transparency colour. So now I had a transparent png file to use for the background.
I then used Windows Movie Maker version 2012 (Build 16.4.3528.0331) and a Windows 10 PC to create the video you see above.
I do wish I had written it down exactly how I did it. Because, now, I cannot remember how I managed to combine the still image and the video. I remember it was very simple to do. Can you help me?
